Nude Dude Tiwari-(ND TIWARI)

The erstwhile Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh & the Current Governer of Andhra Pradesh N D Tiwari(Nude dude Tiwari,Perhaps) has been reportedly caught on Camera, trying to satisfy his libido at the age of 86 with 3 women.This sleaze Video was shown on one of the Private TV Channels for about an hour before the Governer's office intervened and obtained a restraint vide the High Court against the telecast.

Mr N D Tiwari has reportedly questioned the authentication of the Video and has claimed vested interests were after him to tarnish his Reputation(???).

The Video was made by the Women who supplied girls on a regular basis to the Governors Office.Maybe the Governer had not cleared her pending dues as these people have a penchant for everything and anything to be supplied free on this planet or maybe some people obvious of this 'unsatiable appetite' of NDT tried to put Spanner in his ''WORKS''.

Whatever may be the case it is likely that the Congress Party will try to ''CONTROL'' ND Tiwari & pressurise him to quit his post and brush off the allegations as a damage control excercise in a state, which is already Simmering over the Telangana Issue.

Copenhagen Deal

Its now 2 days that either the deal goes through or it falls flat in wake of the rising opposition to some of the points especially by the developing nations viz.India,China,Africa and some of the Latin American Countries like Brazil and Argentina.
If the deal is signed at Copenhagen which I feel is one of the Last hope whether our latter generation to follow,will be able to survive the turmoils of Tsunamis,the rising temperatures and some other ways in which MOTHER NATURE will try to hit back at us for the excesses committed by most of us,Earthlings.
The developing countries no doubt would be at a loss as this process of generating CFC'c(Refrigerators and AC's) and the Industrial Pollution was started by the Rich or developed Countries fully knowing the adverse results that it would generate,later on.Profit was the sole objective/Motive and forests and cultivable lands were destroyed in heaps to make way for Monstrous Malls,fantasy Parks and Colossal Polluting industries.
Suddenly these Developed Countries want every other Country to follow suit and make a commitment to follow the rules and revert to processes that would be stringent to adapt.
All these stringent processes require the Followers(ALL COUNTRIES) to make a huge Investement which the DEVELOPING CONTRIES Can ill afford on their Own.
India and China have asked the DEVELOPED COUNTRIES to contribute in some Part, so that such processes can be implemented immediately.
Hope 'SENSE' prevails over the' EGO' and the Copenhagen Summit is a Success.

Austerity,whats that???

The Union Minister for Corporate affairs Salman Khursheed had put his foot in his mouth a couple of months back when he had admonished the Private Sector CEO's for receiving'Vulgar' Salaries.He was upset that many in the top bracket racked in crores as Salaries.
Many would be startled to know that a bill known as SALARIES & ALLOWANCES OF MINISTERS AMENDEMENT BILL 2009 has been approved without any discussion in the LokSabha.It provides for the ministers to travel upto a maximum of 48 times a year(roughly,once a week) with their Kin(no limit on the numbers) in tow.
Usually the ruling party and the Opposition have a field day in parliament throwing mikes,chairs and tables and hurling the choicest of Abuses at one another.But often, the rarest of rare camaraderie and bonhomie is noticed all around when such goodies are offered and we can see that such bills get passed in a jiffy.
One of the best Presidents which we had in our midst was the highly educated,ever smiling & extremely down to earth Mr Abdul Kalam.He had rightly opposed 'the 'OFFICE OF PROFIT'' Bill and had sent this bill back but the Corrupt Congress men along with their allies got this bill passed in the Lok Sabha.Incidentally Sharad Pawar and his henchmen (Loyalists, if readers of this blog find this term Derogatory) ganged up to see that Mr Kalam, did not get his much respected and needed SECOND TERM as President of India.He was indeed the People's President and brought revolutionary changes and a whiff of fresh air inside Rashtrapati Bhuvan with his simple veiws and ideology.The Congress Party has often talked about austerity measures but some its own ministers like Aviation Minsiter Praful Patel,Foreign Minister S M Krishna along with his protege Shashi Tharoor,and the 'twisted mouthed' Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar have blatantly ignored directives laid down by their party upper Command,if any.
All the taxpayers money is spent on providing luxuries for the Greedy ministers which is one of the reasons of the Lop sided development in our Country.While the cities do sometimes get some of the infrastuctural facilities,we see women folk in villages trekking miles seeking potable water, lack of proper sanitary conditions,electricity and minimum Medical needs to survive.
We all hope that sometimes in our life time at least the Political leaders would wake to see the harsh conditions that our less fortunate, brethren live in (more than 20% go to sleep without food) and renounce some of the Luxuries they shamlessly indulge in....

Ruchika -contd...

Continuing on the Ruchika case atleast the public outrage coupled with the media coverage has given a boost to the sagging morale of the Girhotra family who have almost gone into hiding fearing the wrath of SPS Rathore and his henchmen(his close Police aides who have helped him in the past decade or so).

Cutting across Party lines there was a Debate in Parliament as to how this Criminal was allowed to go scot free on bail even when he was given a rigourous Imprisonment of 6 months?

Many are pressurising to Charge him as ''abetment of suicide'' under section 306 of the IPC under similar lines where the inlaws can be charged for the dowry deaths ,which can put him him for atleast 6 years in Prison.

Surprisingly even today we are relying on laws passed by the Britishers which does not envisage stringent penalties for crimes like Molestation.

Hope this momentum goes on and the accused gets the Strictest Punishment and the wry smile that he gave after the indictment, changes in to a frown.

Ruchika

Ruchika Girhotra a budding young tennis Player was molested by SPS Rathore, the ex DIG of Haryana Police in August 1990. The Girl and her family were constantly harrased by the Police on flimsy grounds to withdraw the allegations.Traumatised by the harrasments and by the guilt factor Ruchika ended her life.The molestation was witnessed by one of Ruchika's close friends Aradhana, who testified before the judiciary which resulted in SPS Rathore being sentenced to 6 Months Rigorous(???) imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1,000/-.

The High Court has given its verdict yesterday a GOOD 16 Years after Ruchika's Demise. I was amazed to see the Photograph of the Smiling Ex DIG with his equally shameless wife who defended her Husband for his 'Valour' and 'acheivement'.

Why message the Judiciary is Passing on to the masses by passing a Verdict that has flummoxed the entire Nation ?My humble feeling on hearing the Judgement is that instead of insulting the soul of Ruchika and her Immediate family,the Court would have let go of this Sadistic Criminal.

Mr SPS Rathore even went to the extent of requesting the 'HONORABLE' Court that he had undergone Valve Replacement Surgery recently and hence deserved Lenient Punishment.It can easily be seen as to the amount of Stinking Money that could have Changed hands and which may have led to this mockery of justice being Shamlessly displayed.

But hats off to you Aradhana, who despite living in Australia made numerous trips to India and helped the aged Parents of Ruchika to fight against this criminal in her own SMALL way.It is further reported that the Parents are trying to fight this case further up in Supreme Court and see to it that this AGED & PERVERTED CRIMINAL gets the Maximum for the horrendous attempt on a young Innocent Kid.

There have been numerous incidents like these which need to be highlighted so that the Perpetrators are marginalised from SOCIETY and they,be forced to Commit Suicide rather than the poor traumatised Victims.Only then we can say that Justice has been done....

Road Accidents in India

Lately we have been reading about the spurt in road accidents all over the city be it on the famous (or notorious??)Sea link Corridor or in some other corner of Mumbai.Innocent lives have been lost in these tragedies which could have been easily avoided if due diligence and care was taken both by Pedestrians and Motorists while embarking on the Road.
Its a Shame that on an average 60000 Lives are Lost on Indian Roads annully.Most of the times its the drivers fault,most of them youngsters who are spoilt brats from affluent families who indulge in drunken driving thus putting the lives of innocent pedestrians at risk.The Legal tangle also works against the Poor in getting justice. Love and Justice it seems, are BOTH BLIND.
Many are not aware that Culpable Homicide which is an Offence under section 299 of the Indian Penal Code is defined as :Who ever causes death by doing an act intentionally or with the Knowledge that he is likely by such act to cause death ,commits the offence of 'CULPABLE HOMICIDE'.
Culpable Homicide NOT AMOUNTING TO MURDER is an Offence under section 304 of the IPC,it applies to an event where Death is INTENTIONAL but does not come within the Purveiw of Murder as per IPC.
Many escape by bribing the Laywers and the Police by indicting themselves u/s 304 which is a BAILABLE OFFENCE.
One of the well known Culprits let off was Mr Salman Khan(Who ARGUABLY,may be one of the Good Samitarians in Bollywood) but the murder which he committed does not absolve him of the ''ACCIDENTAL'' Crime committed by him some years back.
The recent statement by the Police dept is welcome which states that a person who is involved in any accidents twice will have his Licence Revoked.But given the bribes floating in the INDIAN MARKET this LAW would be Another ''TOOTHLESS TIGER''.
As the New-Year dawns near, the Police adminstration will be on its tenterhooks to haul in all Youngsters who revel in Drunken Driving on 31st December ,which is routine for them every Year.
These youngsters must be educated by the elderly in the family not to drink and drive as they by their ACT ,unnecessarily put their and others Lives at Risk by doing so.
The Legal loopholes should also be adequately stitched to see that such Persons should spend their MOST PRODUCTIVE LIFE in Jails for a Murder Most Foul.

Rest in Peace...... Aruna

One of the ward boys at the KEM hospital Sohanlal Valmiki used to steal milk meant to be provided the Inhouse Patients.The Nurse at the Hospital Aruna Shanbag caught him in the act and threatened to expose him to the authorities.Sohanlal in a fit of rage raped Aruna in the midst of the gruesome act and simultaneously was throttled by a Chain which resulted in restrictive blood flow to her brain and she passed out in a coma.This incident happened in November 1973.

Sohhanlal was let off after 6 years ''AS USUAL ''due to lack of Evidence.But Aruna still lies in coma in a vegetative state waiting for death to end her agony.One of Journalists Ms Pinky Virani however carried on her fight against this Injustice but did not find any support from the authorities.

Desperately Pinky has moved Supreme Court for a mercy killing to end Aruna's life which had ceased to exist after that fateful night of November 1973.The Supreme Court too has not been MOVED by this story and has reportedly denied the right to die.

This is indeed a Catch-22 Situation.Should Aruna be allowed to die (she is being force fed) by the Caring Nurses at the same KEM Hospital or should the Agony prolong for a few more years before the already paling life is snuffed out by the Almighty??

I have been reading this story of Aruna since my school days and after a few days of silent mourning ,like all people forget about this to ENJOY our own Private life till one day some enlightened Media guy once again digs it out.

I sincerely hope that the Govt comes out with some radical changes in the Judicial System which can give a fair ending to such Cases.

REST IN PEACE ARUNA ..... TILL THE DAY YOU DIE... We all know you died that very night of November 1973...
